The STEAM Advocacy

The STEAM Advocacy for Primary and Secondary levels of education is a project of the Nigerian Academy of Science (NAS), Nigerian Academy of Letters (NAL), and Nigerian Young Academy (NYA) in partnership with the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). The purpose of the advocacy is to raise awareness on ways to advance STEAM education at the primary and secondary education levels in Nigeria.

Six states (one from each geo-political zone of Nigeria) were chosen for the awareness campaign. Prof GMT Emezue and her colleague, Prof Dennis Akoh, were chosen to represent Ebonyi State.
